Our two children participate in Dan Obremski's Fast Fit program whenever we can fit it in their schedules. Their overall strength and especially their speed are noticeably improved as a direct result of the training. Dan keeps it fast paced and fun; even though it is hard work they enjoy it and look forward to it. I have always been very happy with the quality and value of training for both Danny and Johnny. The training has been age appropriate for ages starting at 5 for Johnny and up to 18 College for Danny. The training helped Danny earn school and all section honors in both baseball and football. Johnny is competing at a high level in Norwin Travel baseball, starting QB in PAL football, and leading scorer for his Jr high basketball.
